Ingredients

  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g tofu, cubed
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions
