1 pound (450 g) ground beef
2 medium (about 500 g) zucchini
1 cup (200 g) rice
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon (5 g) Italian seasoning
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
While the beef is cooking, wash and slice the zucchini into half-moons.
