2 tablespoons (30 grams) Butter
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon (dried or fresh) Thyme
8 ounces (225 grams) Brie Cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and thyme together.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the baguette.
Place the baguette halves on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and top with slices of brie cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the brie is melted.
Slice into pieces and serve warm.
