Ingredients

1/2 cup (100g) sago
1 cup (240ml) coconut cream
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
2 medium, diced peach

Instructions

In a pot, bring 2 cups (480ml) of water to a boil and add the sago. Cook for about 10 minutes until the sago becomes translucent, stirring occasionally.
Drain the sago and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
In the same pot, combine the coconut cream and milk. Heat gently until warm, but do not boil.
Add the cooked sago to the coconut milk mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Divide into bowls and top with diced peaches.
