– 1 cup (150 g) broccoli
– 1 cup (150 g) cauliflower
– 2 pieces rice cake
– 3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

Step 2: Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4: Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Step 5: Pour the soy sauce over the tofu and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 6: While the stir-fry is finishing, heat the rice cakes according to package instructions.

Step 7: Serve the soy-glazed tofu and vegetables over the warm rice cakes.
