Ingredients

2 tablespoons (30 ml) Olive Oil
4 medium, diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup (15 g), chopped Basil
2 cloves, minced Garlic
1/2 cup (50 g), grated Parmesan Cheese
8 ounces (225 g) Pasta

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.
Stir in the chopped basil and cooked pasta, tossing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
